Note: Due to constraints of time and effort we cannot process lineage forms for non-members. (We will, of course, accept lineage forms for those in the process of joining.) Non-members are welcome to submit queries using this query form.
When you have become an HFA member (membership information is available here), please complete this form and submit it. Then the Genealogy Committee will offer you new information if it is available. In some cases we can extend these lineages several additional generations. We also will correct the data that we know to be incorrect and offer suggestions for further research.
All new HFA members are encouraged to complete the online Member Lineage Form below.
Family Group Sheets
If possible, please send family group sheets to the HFA Genealogist, Phyllis Hughes (genealogist [at] hullfamilyassociation.org) with sources cited for each generation containing the Hull surname listed on the lineage. It is especially important that you send family group sheets for generations in which you are seeking more information. It is not necessary to send sheets for your own or your parents’ generations or any generations where dates occur after 1990.
These forms will aid the Genealogy Committee in both extending and/or correcting your lineage. The form contains its own instructions and is available in the following formats: (select one)
HFA Database
Members also may submit lineages for input into the HFA database using this form. Sources and documentation for lineages are welcomed, but not required.
